In the workplace, managing change in a positive, effective manner can improve collaboration, morale, and communication. It highlights positive opportunities within the change process, increasing employee acceptance while reducing anxiety and resistance. Throughout the past year, we have seen tremendous change in our daily lives. If we can learn to effectively manage these changes, we can ensure a smoother transition from the old to the new, in all aspects of life.
