The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has two ongoing consultation processes related to the energy industry. One is seeking input on the revised draft Development Plan Guideline and the other on the draft revised Benefits Plan Guideline. Submissions are due May 27 and June 6, respectively.

To assist members in better understanding the revisions, Energy NL will be hosting a lunch and learn virtual session with the C-NLOPB on Friday, May 20 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

John Kennedy, Director of Operations, will be presenting the Development Plan Guideline updates and Rob McGrath, Director of Industrial Benefits, will be presenting the Benefits Plan Guideline updates. After the presentations there will be an opportunity for members to ask questions about these topics.

Registration is required by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022.
